Prescription Medication

The prescription order process starts with providing information about your pet and vet to ensure you are authorized to purchase. Once you have completed your prescription order, we will contact your vet and request your pet’s prescription directly from them. If we have your email address on file, you will receive email updates on your order each time we reach out to your vet, and then another update when your prescription has been received. We will attempt to contact your vet for up to 6 business days. Upon vet approval, we'll release your order for your preferred shipping method, where it will be fulfilled by Allivet.
