Make sure your kitten is getting nutrients it needs to grow up healthy and strong with Pet AG PetLac Kitten Milk Replacement. This ready-to-feed liquid is a highly digestible formula for growth and development for kittens that don't have the benefit of nursing from their mothers.

Features: Ready to feed liquid; Highly digestible formula for growth and development
Intended For: Kittens

Health Consideration: Growth and Development
Total Weight: 32 oz (946 g)

Storage: Discard unused formula after 14 days. Do not freeze in original container. May be frozen in single serving size containers.

If possible all kittens should receive colostrum by nursing on their mother for the first several days. Weighing kittens at the beginning and every 3 days will help to determine the amount that should be fed. Bottle fed kittens should be fed 1 teaspoon (5 mL) per 4 ounces (115g) of body weight every 3-4 hours. Feeding amounts and frequency vary according to individual needs. Smaller and weaker kittens may need increased feeding frequency. As kittens become older the feeding frequency may be decreased and the amount per feeding increased. At 4 to 6 weeks you may begin offering PetLac Kitten in a shallow bowl for the kittens to lap. Do ot discontinue bottle feeding until the kittens are eating on their own. During the 6th week mix PetLac Kitten with KMR 2nd Step to Allow the kitten to gradually switch to solid food.

Weaned Kittens: Feed 1 tablespoon per 5 lb of body weight daily mixed in regular food.

Pregnant and Lactating Females: Feed 2 tablespoons per 5 lb of body weight daily mixed in regular food.
