In nature, reptiles use their nature to hunt and forage for food. The mealworm feeder is transparent, allowing the reptile to see the worms inside. The feeder provides enrichment as reptiles watch the worms slowly crawl out of the holes in the bottom of the cup. Be sure to place a clean food dish under the mealworm feeder to prevent lizards from eating worms directly on the substrate. Exclusively at PetSmart.

Instructions:
Remove the mealworm feeder from the package, rinse under clean water and dry with a clean cloth or paper towel. A suction cup is included so you can stick the feeder at any height in your terrarium. Place the mealworm feeder high on the sidewall to allow the worms to fall into the dish while your lizards watch and wait. Place it lower on the side wall to allow your lizards to eat the worms directly from the cup as the mealworms crawl out of the holes. The mealworm feeder is intended to use with live mealworms* which are available at pet stores everywhere.

*Not intended for use with super worms which are too large, or with canned or freeze-dried mealworms.
