    Possible Side Effects: Levetiracetam is not associated with a large number of side effects. The most frequently reported reaction is drowsiness, as with any seizure control medication. Cats may experience temporary inappetence.

    Precautions Administer cautiously to an animal with decreased kidney function. Dosage rate and administration frequency might need to be adjusted. Withdraw treatment gradually to prevent seizures during medication withdrawal.
