    DESCRIPTION:

    Muricin Topical Ointment is a broad-spectrum, topical ointment that uses antibiotics to treat skin conditions, including hot spots (pyoderma) and other susceptible infections associated with Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus intermedius.

    Key Benefits: Muricin is an ointment with antimicrobial qualities, which inhibits gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial growth.

    Formulated For: For dogs only.

    How is Medication Given?

  • 1) Clean the lesion before treating.
  • 2) Twice daily, apply ointment to the affected area(s), using enough ointment to cover the area completely.
  • 3) Never use for a period exceeding 30 days.

    What Results Can I Expect: Muricin:

  • Treats bacterial skin infections, such as hot spots (pyoderma)
  • Helps relieve itchy, painful skin lesions
