Grooming Value Pass Program Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer (“Participant”) that enrolls in the PetSmart Grooming Salon Value Pass Program (“Program”). By signing up to participate and receive the benefits of the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. PetSmart reserves the right to terminate, cancel, modify, or restrict your participation or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, these terms, Program details or Program pricing, at any time. Changes can be made to these terms or the Program without advance notice.

Treats Rewards members who are 18 years or older may sign up in participating stores in Washington, D.C., Salt Lake City, Utah, or West Palm Beach, Florida area. If a Pet Parent does not have a Treats Rewards account but would like to sign-up for the Program, they will need to first sign up for Treats Rewards using an existing channel. Following sign up, a static offer card will be automatically populated into the Participant’s Treats Rewards account by the next day. At the discretion of the Program, this offer card may be updated monthly.

Program enrollment is not available for purchase online. There is no limit on how many times each Participant can enroll in the Program per Treats Rewards account.

All Program enrollments run for 12 consecutive calendar months beginning the day after purchase, (“Program Enrollment Term”).

Program participation provides 20% off all eligible salon services at participating PetSmart salon locations during the Program Enrollment Term (“Discount”).

The Discount:

Applies only to eligible salon services

Does not apply to purchase of bulk services

May not be combined or stacked with any promotional offers, discounts, or coupons, except Treats Rewards loyalty benefits where applicable

Does not apply to gratuities

Is non-transferable and tied to the Participant’s Treats Rewards account

Each pet requires a separate Program enrollment. E.g. If a Participant has multiple pets, each pet will need to be enrolled in the Program for the Discount. Any attempt to transfer or share the Discount may result in Program cancellation. All relevant terms and conditions that apply to PetSmart’s services apply to the services purchased using the Discount provided under the Program.

To receive the Discount, Participants must present their active Treats Rewards account barcode at the time of checkout. The Discount is applied at the point of sale to eligible salon services only. The Discount cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be applied prior to checkout.

Failure to present the required barcode at checkout will result in the Discount not being applied.

Program enrollment fees are charged as a one-time upfront payment at the time of enrollment.

Pricing is subject to applicable taxes. Program enrollments may not be discounted, and associate discounts may not be applied. Participants are responsible for ensuring accurate Treats Rewards account information is provided at sign up. If payment cannot be successfully processed at the time of purchase, the Program enrollment will not be activated.

Participants may request a refund within sixty (60) days of purchase, provided the Discount was not used during that time. Once the Discount has been redeemed for any service, the Program enrollment becomes non-refundable. If a refund is issued in accordance with this policy, the Program enrollment and related Discount will be immediately terminated.

Participants will receive Treats Rewards points based on the fee paid to enroll in the Program. All Treats Rewards terms and conditions apply.

Participants agree to allow PetSmart to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels regarding account status or Program to Participants.

The Program is created and controlled by PetSmart in the United States of America. The laws of the State of Arizona will govern the Program without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of laws.

Each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold PetSmart and its officers, agents, employees and other partners, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Program.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PETSMART OR ITS THIRD PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM A PARTICIPANT’S USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY IN ANY ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER CLAIM, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF PETSMART HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BY A PARTICIPANT’S USE OF THE PROGRAM, THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT, MERCHANDISE AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PROGRAM, EXCEPT WHERE THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS PROHIBITED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF DAMAGES FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY. IN ANY EVENT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PETSMART BE LIABLE TO A PARTICIPANT FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING ONE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($1,000.00).

EACH PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT THEIR USE OF THE PROGRAM IS AT THEIR SOLE RISK. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. PETSMART AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES, AS WELL AS ITS THIRD-PARTY AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, DISTRIBUTORS, MERCHANTS OR SPONSORS (COLLECTIVELY, 'THIRD PARTIES'), CAN NOT AND DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. NEITHER PETSMART NOR ITS THIRD PARTIES HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTION OR INACTION IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM. NEITHER PETSMART NOR ITS THIRD PARTIES WARRANT THE ACCURACY, INTEGRITY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED IN THE PROGRAM OR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED FOR SALE. PETSMART AND ITS THIRD PARTIES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY PETSMART OR ITS THIRD PARTIES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY, EXCEPT WHERE THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
