Flea and tick remedies don't have to be a hassle! With this flea and tick spray, protecting your pet just became much easier. Sentry Pro Flea & Tick Dog and Cat Spray kills fleas, ticks and flea eggs. This spray also controls reinfestation for up to 30 days, leaving your pet safe from pests.

Features:

  • Kills fleas, ticks, and flea eggs for up to 30 days
  • Water based
  • Safe for both dogs and cats

    Intended For: Dogs & Cats
    Includes: (1) 16-oz Bottle
    Health Consideration: Flea & Tick

    Cautions:
Hazards to humans: Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Avoid breathing vapors. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Avoid contamination of food and foodstuffs.

Hazards to domestic animals: For use on cats and kittens over 12 weeks of age. Do not apply to cats less than twelve (12) weeks old. Consult a veterinarian before applying this product on medicated, debilitated, aged, pregnant, or nursing animals. Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your cat with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.

Directions: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE FOR USE ON CATS AND KITTENS, DOGS AND PUPPIES over 12 weeks of age. TO KILL FLEAS AND TICKS: Hold the container upright. Spray at a distance of 8 to 12 inches. Spray over entire haircoat making sure the coat is thoroughly wetted to the skin. As you spray, fluff the hair so the spray will penetrate to the skin. Make sure spray wets ticks thoroughly. Spray against the lay of the hair, roughing the hair on long-haired dogs or cats. Weight of dog or cat, length of hair and density of coat will determine amount of spray to be applied to wet the skin. This 16 oz. bottle should be sufficient for three applications to an average 30-35 lbs. of dog or 20 applications to a 10 lb. cat. Do not spray into the eyes, face or genitalia. When applied at the label dose rate, the dog or cat should not be retreated more frequently than once every 14 days. Lighter applications will reduce period of effectiveness, may result in earlier reinfestation and may require more frequent retreatment. For best results in controlling ticks, spray directly on the tick. Allow dog or cat to air dry or blow dry. Do not towel dry. This product is formulated to leave the hair coat soft and manageable for grooming. Do not reapply more often than once every 14 days.

Ingredients: Pyriproxylen, Pyrethrins, Piperonyl Butoxide, MGK 264

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This does NOT work Every summer my dog gets really bad fleas, I try everything to get rid of them, it makes me sad to see him suffering. I saw this stuff at Petsmart and decided to try it out, first of all it smells like bug spray, and it doesn't get rid of the fleas. Now maybe it works on some dogs and some it doesn't. I have a Jack Russell Terrier, fairly small dog and this did nothing for him. Plus, he hates being sprayed with this stuff!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY! I used this for both of my cats yesterday as they appeared to have picked up fleas from a visiting dog. Within 2 hours of application, one of the two cats began foaming at the mouth and vomiting. I immediately gave both cats a bath (which was an unpleasant experience) to get the product off their fur and skin. Flea meds should NOT cause pets to foam at the mouth and vomit upon application! I will never again purchase ANY sentry product, and will be writing to Petsmart to discourage the sale of this product at their stores.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work A big waste of money. Doesn't do anything but give me extra work. Unfortunately for me they don't have the zodiac spray in stores by me so my baby has to itch a little longer until the package arrives.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from am i doing something wrong We got a new pup that came with her own fleas. We used Frontline on her and she still had fleas. So I went to Petsmart looking for alternatives. Got the Advantage and this product to treat the areas she likes to lay on. Still kept finding fleas. So I have performed my own test. I got the flea comb out and a white towel. I combed through her and got 6 fleas caught in the flea comb. I laid it on the towel and promptly sprayed them with the SentryPro they swam in the comb. I kept thinking they would die in a minute. After 10 minutes still swimming in the stuff. So I caught another flea in the comb and tapped it into a cup of water with some dawn dish liquid. It promptly died. Now if I can figure out how to spray dawn dish liquid all over her with out a huge mess Im set. I guess in its defense I have 3 other pets whom I have used Frontline on and they have zero fleas. Maybe these are just some tough fleas she brought with her.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Godsend Having moved to Florida a couple of years ago, I was introduced to the flea population quite quickly! I tried so many products, most of which did nothing or very little, or if they did work, lasted only a short time. I was reluctant to try another product, but a long time Florida resident recommended this spray, so I tried it. What a relief, it works! It provides relief to the pets almost immediately and I see no sign of fleas again for a good three months after using it. I don't think the smell is near as bad as some I've tried, but of course no animals that I know of "like" being sprayed with anything, so they aren't huge fans of the spray, but they like not having fleas better! This has been a Godsend in our home!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sentry Pro? As a resident of the Great South, I have found an urgent need for a good flea and tick treatment. Having been a die hard fan of Adam's, I went into Petsmart looking for just that. They were out. I decided to purchase this. First of all the price tag is expensive, as is Adam's. I liked the large size of the bottle; as I am a pet parent to six cats and one spoiled wire haired dachshund. The spray smells of pepper and my dog does not like it, as don't my cats. I do not feel that the effectiveness equals that of Adam's by any means. However, do not get me wrong. This along with my dog's Nutro have greatly reduced his itching and skin irritations.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fleas on cat. work fine on my cat. I Junot saturate him but I do you get him work with the product and rub it all over him wait for him to dry then come out the dead fleas. Also people complaining that it doesn't work. You must have a bad infestation of fleas. One suggestion, spray your yard in the beginning of spring and the beginning of summer. This will help you and your pets . Do your research on what to use. What will best suits your needs.
