Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Dog Loves This! My Yorkie absolutely loves this device! She get's so excited when I even mention it. She runs up to me and jumps inside before I can even put it on all the way. I think it helps give her some security, and a different perspective as she is up higher. I find it helps keep her calmer anytime there will be visitors at the house. It also helps on walks in the hot Florida summers. Little dogs are closer to the hot ground and they seem to tire quicker than larger dogs. Anytime my dog gets tired on a walk, I just scoop her up and put her in her pouch. She is always so happy and content. I also find it to be comfortable for me. The straps cross in an "X" across the back for extra stability and support. There is also a strap that wraps around the waist as well. The straps are padded and adjustable. It keeps me hands free and able to multi-task if I need to. My dogs loves it, and so do I. Best $30 I've spent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy transport of our 10 pound shih tzu I bought this carrier one week before my husband I left for a 10 day road trip. I knew we would be visiting many parks and monuments and wanted to be able to control my dog and keep her comfortable when she was not on her leash. It is advertised as a medium size for dogs up to 20 pounds. My dog is 10 pounds and if she were much bigger I do not think she would fit comfortably. As it was I was able to put a small water dish and a bottle of water along side her without bothering her. It was easy to wear and she could sit upright and look out or she could snuggle down into it when wanted to. I was able to hold a purse or an umbrella since my hands were free. I was able to eat without worrying where Roxy was. She sat nicely on my lap while we were eating. We used it in parks, museums, restaurants and malls. It was easy to put it on and off. I did not cross the straps in back because I wanted to be able to quickly slip it off and on. It would have been more stable with the straps crossed in back but I didn't care. I would highly recommend this carrier with a small dog.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect fit for dogs under 20lbs I bought this for my 19 pound Cavalier King Charles. We were going to New York City and I knew it would be crouded so I wanted way to carrier her without hurting my arms. The bottom is hard so that she could stand comfortably. I placed a hand towel underneath her chest so that she could lean forward and lay down if she wanted. The carrier has shoulder pads which helps with the weight. It's very well-made and comfortable for your dog. I'm glad I bought it at the last minute and made my trip so much easier. I also use it a lot when we go to festivals where there is a lot of people because she likes to stop at every bush, every poll, every fire hydrant....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best $30 I've spent in a long time My little Chihuahua doesn't like to walk like my other two dogs so I put her in the carrier and she gets to look around and be entertained while the rest of us are walking. What is so cute is that when we get home and take off the carrier & put it on the bed and she stays IN it for like 20 minutes just sitting on the bed because she likes it!!! lol! I just wish I had got one of these a long time ago but it's so awesome - you can adjust the side straps and the one that goes behind your back, which are important if you go long walks if it wasn't comfortable you'd feel it quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cat just loves the carrier!! I have several cats, ranging in age from 3 months to 2years. Two of them love being in this carrier. I take them to PetSmart and other petstores and they get to hang their heads out and see everything around them. They wear collar/harness which is hooked onto an attachment so they can't jump out. I takes a little effort to get this use to it and they really like it. I put them in a regular carrier and then put on the front carrier when I reach the Vet or Pet stores and then slide them in. I keep a small baby blanket to put around the carrier if they see a dog, which scares them. That blanket makes them feel safe and secure. IF your cat is not prone to like seeing their surroundings then this is not for you. It worked on 2 of my cats as they are both very relaxed felines.

Can you drive with it on safely?

Asked by: AngieKuhn
Why would you want this on, with your pet in it, while driving? That's just totally unsafe not only for you but for your pet. Think about it, duh!
