Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product - Pointlessly inconvenient to buy it No grains - great! Taurine level is acceptable Protein and moisture levels are within recommended parameters. But the 3 oz. cans are a pointless nuisance. Installing the drop down feeder rack on the shelves, and refusing to make this entire line available by the case on the shelves was just plain annoying. Some of us just don't appreciate having to buy cat food every 3 or 4 days. And why is this the only flavor available for kittens...?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inky Loves it :D Inky my new 6 week old black short haired cat who I adopted loves this kitten food. I know my vet recommended the other brand beging with a "P for cats but I wanted something better for my little kid. I gave her the choice to pick what she wanted. She wont eat the other expensive brands (anyone want some free cans). Since I've had inky for 3 weeks now she has a lot more energy, she is more alert of her surrounds and she has a very shiny coat. My only complaint is I wish there was more than one choice for kitten soft food. Inky gets a new can every day. I also give her the Natural Choice brand kitten hard food as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beats other brands.. I bought 3 cans of nutro for my kitten, and 2 from another brand that has "meat meal".. Before I knew about the bad things in our pets' food. Luckily this brand may not be the best out there, but isn't the worst either. I'm going to switch to a raw diet or a better quality canned food but for the price, this surely beats Other brands that are more expensive even. P.s. LOOK OUT FOR BY PRODUCTS, NATURAL/ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS AND COLORS, AND TERMS WITH A MEAT "MEAL".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than the other more expensive brand I have been feeding my rescue kitten Nutro Natural Choice kitten soft loaf since he was 5 weeks old. My local pet stores were all out of it, so I opted for the heavily advertised supposedly superior brand of all brands. My kitten barely liked their comparable kitten soft loaf. I also noticed that he wasn't going #2 as much, and that what he was passing, were small hard nuggets instead of his usual long ones. After a week of this an no change in his interest in the food or what he was passing, I took all the food back for an exchange. He just devoured the Nutro Natural Choice Kitten food. Afterwards, he smacked his lips and licked himself all up while winking at me constantly as if to tell me "Thank you! thank you Mom, for giving me the good stuff again!!!" I even got a couple friendly head butts and some face rubies before he pranced off all ecstatic### Thank you Nutro! More expensive brands DON'T = better products. I'll have to start ordering by the case online ahead of time to avoid this dilemma in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Ferrets Love It Our skinny little girl has picked up weight fast on Natural Choice. I switched her from Science a/d to your product because you include organ meat and exclude grains and peas (peas cause kidney stones in ferrets). She loves it. Have you ever considered developing a ferret line? It would be perfect for owners wanting to switch from poor quality kibble but not ready to take the plunge into raw. You can find more about ferret dietary needs at Holistic Ferret board and the American Ferret Association Facebook page.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good for them all Ignore the "kitten" label. This is good food for adult cats, too. It's high protein, with nothing in it cats don't need. My 13 yr old cat loves it, and he's very hard to please. And by the way, don't worry about a kitten eating too much. Kittens need to eat more than adult cats (except nursing queens).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Life-Saver for my Kitten I have a kitten who has recurring esophageal strictures. This soft loaf is the only food she can eat, as she has trouble getting even small chunks in canned food or dry food down. We are doing procedures to break down the strictures, but so far they have not given her a normal esophagus. I am so happy to have found this soft food that is also a complete kitten diet. And she loves the taste! If we cannot fix her throat, I was very happy to see that you also produce adult 'soft loaf' varieties. She may have to be on the soft loaf forever. Thank you for producing this smooth, tasty kitten food.
