Nice concept but poor execution
The product itself appears to be good, BUT the necessary application you need to download to use the camera via your phone is HORRIBLE! Nine times out of ten, I was unable to use the camera due to network issues. I contacted Motorola and they blamed the software company...the software company blamed Motorola. On the App Store, there were numerous other people writing about the same issues that made the camera unusable.

I work for PetSMART and I received this product for free. I also have a Foscam which is much more expensive and yet is nowhere near as intuitive to setup and use as this product.
Picture clarity is impressive. Especially in HQ mode.

Better than expensive home security cameras!
I work for PetSmart and received a free trial of this product. This product was easy to set up and use right out of the box. The iPhone App was very intuitive and allows you to zoom in and out and move the camera. I have a home security system and this camera is easier and better than my home system.
I love to hear and see what my pets are up to during the day while I am away. I get a sense of security knowing they are safe, secure and happy.
I did have problems with the connection a time or two otherwise it is basically a perfect product and I intend to buy more cameras.

Great, Sneaky Fun
I have greatly enjoyed "spying" on my dogs while away. I've always been curious as to who pulls all of the dog toys out of their bin and how they react when the evil UPS man comes when we're not home and now I know the answers to these questions!
I love that I can talk to my pets via the camera while I am gone or play music to soothe them.
The camera is incredibly easy to set up and access via Motorola's app. I set up the camera and had access to it within 5 minutes of opening the box. I could not have asked for it to be simpler or the directions written more clearly.
The reason for 4 stars verses 5...There have been times I tried to access the camera and it was unable to connect. Now, this could have been just an internet problem, but I'm not 100% certain. We have just moved and I will be setting it up in the new house and testing. I will update once I see how it works with the new internet service! Also, as a side note, I work for PetSmart and received a free trail of this product.
