    About this item
    DESCRIPTION:

Hyalovet Injection uses Hyaluronate Sodium to treat carpal or fetlock joint dysfunction associated with acute or chronic non-infectious synovitis caused by equine osteoarthritis.

    Key Benefits:

  • Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan and mucopolysaccharide prototype. Repeating N-acetyl-D-glucosamine disaccharide and D-glucuronic acid units are linked by beta 1-3 and beta 1-4 glycosidic bonds.
  • Hyaluronic acid is known to be present in every mamma's connective tissue.
  • It is viscoelastic and lubricating, allowing it to support the synovial fluid and the integrity of the cartilage.
  • This product is injected, where it begins to improve joint function and activates tissue repair within the articular cartilage.
  • Hyaluronate Sodium is a clear, colorless, and viscous solution that contains a highly pure, very specific fraction of hyaluronic acid from rooster comb molecular filtration.
  • This hyaluronic acid fraction has a high molecular definition (between 500,000 and 730,000).

Formulated For: Intended for horses only.
