    About this item
    DESCRIPTION

SENERGY Topical for Dogs contains Selamectin. This ingredient is a parasiticide that is safe for use in puppies and dogs. It delivers affordable, vet-recommended, and trusted parasite protection year-round, which includes protection against fleas, heartworms, ear mites, ticks, and sarcoptic mange.

    Key Benefits:

  • SENERGY contains a macrocyclic lactone compound called Selamectin.
  • These compounds prevent heartworm development for one month after exposure to heartworm infection.
  • It also controls ticks, treats and controls sarcoptic mange, controls ear mites, kills adult fleas, and prevents flea eggs from hatching.

Formulated For: Intended for dogs and puppies 6 weeks of age and older.

    How is Medication Given?

  • 1) Hold applicator tube in an upright position. You should be able to view the lot number and expiration date printed on the bottom.
  • 2) Bend back and snap off the applicator tip.
  • 3) Part your dog's hair along his or her back. The skin should be accessible and visible. Apply in front of the shoulder blades at the base of the dog's neck.
  • 4) Place the tip of the applicator against your dog's skin and squeeze 3 to 4 times. This should dispense the full contents in one location.
  • 5) Keep the tube squeezed and drag the tube away, lifting as you remove it from the skin.
  • 6) Verify that the applicator tube is empty.

    Tips:

  • Do not apply to a wet coat.
  • Do not massage into skin.
  • Do not allow contact with human skin.
  • Discard empty tube properly (in your usual household refuse).
  • Wait 24 hours before shampooing or bathing your pet.
  • Do not apply on broken skin.
  • Follow your veterinarian's directions when using this product.
  • Hair discoloration, stiffness, residue, or clumping could occur at the application site.

None of these symptoms are cause for concern. They are common occurrences that disappear on their own.
