DESCRIPTION:

Credelio is a chewable, once-monthly treatment that uses Lotilaner to control and treat tick and flea infestations. It is effective against Rhipicephalus sanguineus (brown dog ticks), Ixodes scapularis (black-legged ticks), Dermacentor variabilis (American dog ticks), Amblyomma americanum (Lone Star ticks), and Ctenocephalides felis (common domestic fleas).

  • Greater Than 50 Pounds: Consult your veterinarian for proper dosing.
  • Administer orally on a once-monthly basis.
  • The recommended starting dosage rate is 9 mg per pound of body weight.
  • Administer with food.
  • Begin treatment during any season, and continue throughout the year.

    Possible Side Effects: While side effects are rare with Credelio use, potential reactions include: Diarrhea, Excessive urination, Elevated blood urea nitrogen, Weight loss.

    Precautions Administer cautiously to dogs with a neurological disorder or a history of seizures. Safety is not proven for use in lactating, pregnant, or breeding dogs. Not for use in humans. Keep out of reach of animals and children

    Storage Recommendations: Store in a dry and cool environment. 15-25 degrees C(59 -77 degrees F), brief excursions permitted between 5 to 40 degrees C (41 to 104 degrees F).
