Dose and Administration: Sold in a 30-count, 60-count, or 180-count bottle of caplets in 25, 75, or 100 mg strengths.
Possible Side Effects: NSAIDs like Novox are cyclooxygenase-inhibiting. They are associated with gastrointestinal and renal toxicity, possibly because of the cyclooxygenase inhibition and decreased prostaglandin production. They work to form arachidonic acid with prostaglandin.
Precautions: Do not use in dogs with prior Carprofen hypersensitivity. Never administer to a cat. Never use in a pregnant or nursing pet. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage Recommendations: Do not freeze. Store in a cool and dry location 15-30 degrees C (59- 86 degrees F)
