How is Medication Given? Orally administer 2 mg-4 mg per kg daily (1 mg-2 mg two times per day). Ensure constant access to water while your dog is taking this medication. Precautions Cautiously and carefully administer to dogs with narrow angle glaucoma, diminished gastrointestinal motility, urinary retention, cardiovascular dysfunction, or epilepsy. Do not administer to a breeding dog. Only use with approval from your veterinarian. Do not administer concomitantly with Preventic collar or Anipryl tablets (Selegiline).
