    DESCRIPTION:

    Milbemite Otic Solution treats ear mites infestations in cats. It combats ear mites in every life stage.

    Key Benefits:

    Formulated For: Intended for cats and kittens 4 weeks old and up.

    How is Medication Given?

  • Topically administer into the external portion of the ear canal. Use the full contents of 1 tube (1 dose) in each ear.
  • Delivered volume is about 0.2 mL. 0.05 mL will remain in the tube.
  • One foil packet comes with 2 solution tubes (1 dose for each ear).
  • To dispense, open each tube and instill the complete contents into the external ear canal(s). For proper distribution, massage at the base of the ear.
  • You may clean the external ear canal(s) before treatment, but it does not improve efficacy.
  • Follow your veterinarian's directions when using this product.

    What Results Can I Expect? Milbemite Otic Solution works to kill 99% of infestations after just one use. It keeps working throughout the entire lifecycle of an ear mite, and the solution is conveniently packages in an easy-to-administer tube.

    What Form Does Medication Come In? Liquid

    Dose and Administration: Sold in a pouch containing 2 tubes (0.25 mL each).

    Possible Side Effects: Side effects are rare with Milbemite use. However, lethargy may occur. If you observe any symptoms of an adverse reaction after administering this medication to your act, consult your veterinarian .If you notice any of the following symptoms of an allergic reaction, pursue emergency treatment:

  • Facial swelling
  • Hives
  • Scratching
  • Sudden onset of diarrhea
  • Vomiting
  • Shock
  • Seizures
  • Pale gums
  • Cold limbs
  • Coma

    Precautions:

  • Keep away from children and animals.
  • Not proven safe for use in pregnant, lactating, or breeding cats.
  • Not for human use.

    Storage Recommendations: Store at room temperature between 68-77 degrees F (15-25 degrees C).

    In Case of Overdose: Contact the nearest emergency pet clinic.
