DESCRIPTION:

Buspirone, the generic alternative to the brand-name Buspar, is used to treat a variety of anxiety disorders. It may also be administered for the short-term treatment of anxiety symptoms. Veterinarians also prescribe it to treat a number of other problems, such as phobias or feline urine marking.
