Before each delivery, you'll receive a reminder email. With the PetSmart app, you can also opt in for push notifications to get notified a few days before your order is set to place. You can adjust your next order date, skip a delivery, change quantities, or cancel anytime from your PetSmart account. Just make any changes at least 24 hours before your order processes.

If your pet doesn’t like the food, you can return it to any PetSmart store. Just bring your order confirmation or show the order details on your phone so our associates can process your refund.
