Feeding Instructions:
Remove pod from pouch, peel back foil cover, and drop frozen food into aquarium. If preferred, leave unopened pod to thaw at room temperature for 5-10 minutes and then pour food into aquarium. Feed often but only what your fish will consume in three minutes. Remove uneaten food. Do not overfeed. Keep unused fish food in freezer.

How much would you be able to feed that to your Betta fish

I wouldn't do the whole round of it. I would only do a small amount, about a pea size amount would be good for it.
