These 45 ppi fine Pre-filter foams effectively remove debris prior to water entering the main body of the filter, reducing filter maintenance. Optimize your BioMaster filtration by using these pre-filter foams based on your aquarium's needs. Timing to replace the pre-filter foam set varies upon aquarium size, number of fish and plants, and declines in filter performance. We recommend replacing the foams incrementally. The 45 ppi Pre-filter Foam Set includes six blue pre-filter foams for the BioMaster Filter series.
