Rated 5 out of 5 by from From pudgy to trim..... I started my dog Charlotte on Royal Canin Diet Satiety suport dry dog food. The first 3 weeks she lost 2lbs. She is not at a plato but I continue to keep her on the diet food and see that she continues to slim down. I am very pleased that she is 1) actually eating her meals and i am not feeling her mine because the food put down ends up in the trash. 2) she seems to have more energy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well, what next? My 7 year old post labor spayed lab has been on this diet for a month and has managed to lose the desired weight. I'm unsure what to do next. Continue with this diet with same amount as at the end of the 4-week period or go back to her original RC lab food? If the latter, what amount is recommended? I'm inclined to calculate the current calorie intake under Satiety diet and adjust it to her regular dry food to determine amount in grams. Your advise is greatly appreciated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Results!!! We have two German Shepherds. Our younger male has never had problem with his weight because he is such an active pup. But our older Female, now 5 (human years :-) ) who isn't as active, had become very overweight especially for a GSD. At about 4 she weighed in a 112lbs. We began to be very worried about her weight considering a GSD's risk for Hip Dysplasia and our vet shared his concerns as well. We began a more active lifestyle for her and us (walks, run, etc.). Our vet recommended the Royal Canin Diet Satiety (which was originally named High Fiber). One year later at her recent vet visit she weighed in at 88lbs!!! We definitely would like her to lose a few more lbs, but she is much happier pup. She doesn't tire playing with our younger GSD. Her stool is much more consistently solid instead of runny. She jumps up into our King Sized Bed easily and just looks SO much better! I definitely recommend this food to anyone with concerns on their pups weight and lifestyle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Obese dachshund. I have a dachshund who is eternally hungry. As a result, she became obese (26 #) even on diet foods. After many trials to control her weight gain, her veterinarian wrote a prescription for Satiety Support and she has lost six pounds and is much more alert and active. She still has some weight to lose, but seems so much more healthy and happy since the weight loss. Thank you, Royal Canin!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Product! We put our Lab/Shepherd on this food as a last resort. Nothing we tried worked. She just kept gaining and gaining. In the first month she lost 12 pounds, which shocked us! We took her back to weighed today (2 month interval ) and she has lost another 11.7 pounds. She is happier, healthier and full of energy. It is so nice to see! She is not hungry and does not beg for food. She still has about 27 pounds to go to get to her optimal weight, but we can finally see her getting there. :) The other reason I am so thrilled with this food is this - Annie has always had a "bad" Stomach since she was a puppy. We finally put her on ProBiotics - it was the only thing that kept her comfortable. She has not had ProBiotics since we started her on this food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FINE DINING FOR FIDO Our lab, Lilly, had gained a few pounds, and our veterinarian suggested that we put her on a special diet of Royal Canin Satiety Support dry dog food. We are feeding her according to the package directions, and she has lost about 10 pounds. She loves the food, and digs right in when we feed her, without hesitation. It seems to be satisfying to her. She is not begging for snacks in between meals. We plan to continue with the Satiety Support dog food. It has the proper nutrition, and we aren't going from one brand to another trying to find what she likes. She loves Royal Canin.
