Rated 5 out of 5 by DPoo from Great Product This product was suggested by the vet when my cat hurt his paws during an animal attack. That was 5 months ago and I haven't used anything else since. It's Earth friendly, very good at controlling odors and you're not stuck with clay litter all over the house. Yes some of the paper gets stuck in his pads and you will find some around the house, but it's super easy to sweep or vacuum up. Although I only have one cat, I buy the multi cat litter as my cat prefers the crumpled paper over the pellets.

Rated 2 out of 5 by DHaase from Can't really recommend this product. My vet asked me to use this product...or something like it such as Yesterday's News after my cat had foot surgery. I will say that it was much softer than clay litter on her paw and certainly gentler while it healed, however I would not use this litter on a regular basis. While being soft, it was very difficult for her to cover her poops, so she just left them sitting on top, which certainly did not control odor. While it is absorbent and I didn't have a lot of trouble with odor, other than the poops being exposed, it is just really weird. It is made up of very large chunks of processed news print. For them, it must have felt like trying to go potty in one of those ball pits at Chuck E Cheese. It is sticky so that it tracks heavily. I'd find large pieces of litter all over the house, including on my bed. It sticks to the bottom of your feet so that you're having to peel litter chunks off your feet several times a day. Just gross. It does not clump at all--it's not supposed to. After a week of healing, I went back to my regular Precious Kitty Ultra. Both my kitties appreciated that!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Blessed aleesh47 from Me and my cats love this litter! I was using the pine pellets and although it was good at hiding odor; it was just too heavy to carry. It was especially heavy to carry the used pine pellets because the urine turned them into a heavy sawdust. Paper litter is very light and easy to carry to trash dumpster even when it's used

Rated 3 out of 5 by SPSS from crumpled paper tracks! :( I really enjoyed the old paper pellet version of this product. Odor control was great and it did not track out of the litter box. I just went to buy more and only found the one with the crumpled paper. I gave it a try and it is not working out. It does absorb well but the small papers are being tracked all over my house. I will use up what I have and will have to switch to another brand. I'm not sure if the crumpled paper is just for the multi cat bags, but please switch back or carry the older full pellet version.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ibs0 from bring back the old version! I am not liking the new Exquisicat Paper litter. I had found the old product excellent--effective, and easier to scoop than other paper pellet litters like Yesterday's News that fall apart. The new version is not pellets, but little crumbs. They scatter it everywhere! Pellet litter--slightly trickier to scoop, less mess around the box vs clumping litter--easy to scoop, big mess tracked everywhere. The new Exquisicat Paper litter--the worst of both worlds! (I would switch to the Pine pellets, but I liked that the Paper was unscented.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by jolin from Awesome stuff! started when Max had his claws removed and I will never, never use clay litter again. Disposing of feces - down the toilet. ExquisiCat absorbs urine well, no odor! Toss in the back yard when done. one 15 lb. bag lasted almost 6 weeks. Highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LitterLady13 from Gave My Cat An Allergic Reaction! My vet recommended Yesterday's News unscented, which I have been using for about a year with no problem :) I wanted to try out Exquisicat Paper fragrance free when I saw it on the shelf. Horrible product! No sooner had I opened the bag did I begin to sneeze! This litter is very dusty, although it is labeled as 99% dust free. One of my cats developed an ALLERGIC REACTION to it, and the other cats began sneezing! WHEN YOUR VET RECOMMENDS YESTERDAY'S NEWS GET YESTERDAY'S NEWS! This product is completely different! It also has odor control additives such as zeolite which Yesterday's News does not. I would not use this litter EVER!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Litespeed2 from Worse litter EVER I ran out of my usual cat litter and thought I would try a bag of this to get me by. Well once the cats used it, I noticed the litter does NOT absorb odor at all. The cats end up hating it and trying to throw it out of the cat box because it smells so bad. I would try and scoop out the wet litter several times a day, but it's practically impossible. The only solution would be to completely remove all the litter everyday and wash the cat box. If I could have given a zero rating, I would have. Went to a different pet shop and got my usual cat litter.
