Rated 5 out of 5 by DRailroad from Excellent Quality! First, a disclaimer. Truthfully, I'm not a "cat person," or, I should say, was NOT a cat person until I inherited sole custody of our 3 guys. That being said, I decided to review their diets as a health maintenance option or alternative. Research led me to Wellness products, due to ingredients, quality and more, generally speaking. When I first bought the Wellness canned food (Salmon/Turkey, Chick/Herring, etc) they went at the food like wild animals. These little guys actually frightened me with their avaricious appetites! I.e. I stayed well-clear of their feeding "troughs" until they were finished with every last bit of food before shoveling more in front of them. Then, 3-4 weeks later they started "turning their noses up" at the flavor I had been feeding them (Turk/Salm), until a PetSmart employee recommended another flavor, Chick/Herring. When fed that ... vicious consummation again, like wild cats, only to once again spurn that new flavor after about the same time frame. Well, it took my pea-sized human brain a while to figure out that, despite the high quality of Wellness canned food, duh, cats like variety, just like we humans. The only problem with Wellness canned food is that I had unintentionally spoiled these guys. So, I now keep a healthy supply of at least two varieties (flavors) on hand and the only challenge is determining when they want to switch flavors, before they snub a newly opened can of the current flavor they've been eating. Bottom line: not "grocery store" cat food so expect to pay a little, maybe a lot more but the old adage, "you get just what you pay for" applies. Wellness food products in general are very high quality, with very healthy whole foods ingredients and well worth the value. For those that understand "cat-speak" just ask my 3 guys. They can't recommend Wellness canned food highly enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hemingwaysmom from Wellness is a winner! We have been trying different grain free cat foods to improve our kitty's health. So far, Wellness grain free has been a winner with my fur baby. He especially loves the chicken and turkey flavors and I'm optimistic he will like the others as well. We tried several other cheaper brands with poor results. Wellness is made from quality meat and has a far better texture and smell compared to other cat foods. I also like that this comes in the big cans, which makes this food more reasonable. My kitty's a happy boy now, thanks to Wellness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SandyT1 from Great cat food I've gone through many different types of cat food for my cat. She is very finicky, and is sensitive to fish. She also has some dandruff on her lower back. Since Ive been feeding Wellness canned food, her dandruff is practically gone, and she really loves the taste. I just wish they get more variety like chicken and liver etc, more flavors that dont contain fish. I highly recommend this product, its great!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Weight control When my cat Chloe tipped the scales at 17.5 lbs I knew something had to change. She was constipated and lethargic. My vet recommended a Adkins type low carb no grain diet. After some research I decided to look for no grain, no sauce, no gravy wet cat food. I tried Wellness and she loves it! She has lost 3.5 lbs in @ 3 months. The vet was pleasantly surprised. I think she has lost a little more since then. I give her one 5.5 oz can a day, spacing out her feedings. She never turns her nose up at it and seems satisfied. Her energy has returned and her bowel movements are normal. If you want weight loss, be sure to get the no gravy, no sauce, no grain. She loves the turkey and chicken flavors but not the seafood. I do wish they had more flavors to try with the criteria I need for her. This cat food is amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Marieregina from Loves it! I have a very old cat that I try to give more canned food to morning and night. I have tried almost every brand out there. Have tried from very cheap food to really expensive name brand cans of food and the one she loves the most is this brand. It looks so bland when you open the can but I am telling you that my cat loves this food like crazy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by JFK77 from Makes my cats' fur really soft... After having to give Blue the boot (see my review for Blue Wilderness DRY grain-free adult, chicken flavor) due to foreign objects in the bag, I switched over to Wellness dry and canned grain-free. My boys really like it and it's healthy for them. The are both Persian cats with lots of fur and almost immediately I noticed their fur was soft as a rabbit after eating Wellness chicken and turkey canned grain free. They also love Wellness canned Signature Selects line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by catrock from Great! This is the only thing getting my cat to eat these days! Since I switched him from his "junk food" to healthy stuff he's been very picky and will only eat maybe half of his meals. Not wanting to give up and let him get his way I decided to start mixing it with wellness and.. he eats every bite! I try to finish a can in 3 or 4 days because it starts to get bad and I have to throw it out. I switch between the flavors and he loves them all. They smell pretty good actually and I know he's getting healthy and wholesome meals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PreOre from Best of the best We try to rotate healthy foods into our cat's diet just to give her a nice variety. The problem is, we've had little success, as she happens to be one of the pickiest cats EVER. Fortunately, this is one of the three brands of food that she never shuns (Natural Balance and Solid Gold are the other two.) Chicken and Herring is her favorite flavor, while the rest of the formulas come in at a close second. Wellness is a respected company that produces some of the best quality pet food today. I can't praise them enough. Not only does she devour the food, but she's receiving wholesome and nutritious ingredients to boot. Can't ask for anything more. Wellness is highly recommended by our household."
