Rated 5 out of 5 by from Palatable, quality nutrition your picky eaters will love We have 2 cats that needed to switch to a prescription diet for various reasons. Both of these boys are picky eaters, but they love their d/d Venison & Green Pea, which made the switch so much easier. It's hard to help treat your pet's medical condition with prescription food if they won't eat it, which defeats the whole purpose. Therefore, we couldn't be happier with our boys' response! Thank you Hill's for making a prescription food that our cats enjoy and we can feel good about feeding them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My cat loves this food. Thank goodness my cat loves this food, He eats the whole bowl right away in one sitting. If I try anything else his skin breaks out but this food keeps it clear and his hair shines. Thank you for providing him with the best food that he loves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did the trick! I have a cat that I rescued from my backyard who is allergic to just about everything and was scratching & chewing, losing big clumps of fur with raw spots on her skin. After extensive testing and other food trials, she now eats only Hill's venison-pea kibble like it's going off the shelves! And, with half a prednisolone tablet every other day, she's fine and has a lovely glossy coat. I didn't even have to merge it into her former cat food - I put down a small bowl and she ate it - looked for more. Because she can't have other snacks, I carry a small bottle of kibble in my pocket so that i have a good "treat" with which to reward her. She actually comes running if I shake the bottle or if she sees my hand going into my pocket. You have a good product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cat approved My vet recommended this food for my cat. I was skeptical she would eat it but to my amazement she actually LIKES it!! That was over 7 years ago and she still enjoys the taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, fast shipping Since going on this food, my cat's stomach problems and frequent vomiting have pretty much vanished. He's finicky, but eats this no problem. Only downsides is it is pricey and requires a prescription from your vet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So hopeful this will help our cat Our poor cat Benjamin has always had issues with not keeping his food down. (We found him as a stray and have no clue about the first couple of years of his life.) In the last month, it became ridiculous. He was throwing up at least once a day. Our vet had been recommending many things before a diet change, such as the flat bowl to spread out his food, nothing seemed to alleviate his problem. She finally diagnosed him with irritable bowel and recommended a novel protein diet. We decided on d-d and so far, so good! Benjamin has been happily eating with no issues. In addition, he's super energetic and looks great. Such a relief.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from seems to be helping My veterinarian prescribed Hills d-d venison food for my cat to treat recurring digestive issues (she has tentatively been diagnosed with IBD). The food is pricey, but it seems to be working. My cat likes it, her appetite has improved, and her symptoms (e.g., vomiting, compulsive belly licking) have - at least for now - gone away. Also, as a bonus, her coat looks fantastic.
