I was using this in a crestie enclosure and it was working pretty well for a while, but after a couple months it randomly stopped working. Tried a new battery and still nothing. I was assuming too much moisture got to it but you'd think a hygrometer would be able to handle that. Nat Geo has a new digital hygrometer that I recommend over this one.

by ChiChis Great product
I have three of these and really like them. I have Ball Pythons and need to keep the humidity between 60% and 80% This makes it very easy to maintain the proper humidity. The display is very easy to read and its just a good looking product. I think the price is very fair too.

I love love love this unit and it is very accurate. I can move it wherever I want in the cage and watch the temperature and humidity fluctuate within a minute or so. =) I've double-checked the readings with a separate unit and they read the same.

It was cheap but for the same price you can get both a thermometer and a hygrometer separately that work better than this. The temperature was pretty accurate but the hygrometer was really off by a lot. I tried changing batteries and that didn't help so I ended up returning it. I'd have to say spend your money on separate units.
