    DESCRIPTION:

    Methio-Form treats cystitis, alkaline urinary stones, feline urologic syndrome, and urinary tract infections. The chewable, convenient tablets may be easily crumbled to combine with food, or they may be easily hand-fed.

    How is Medication Given? Dosing Recommendations for Cats 8 Weeks Old and Up: Administer 1/2-1 tablet for every 2.5-3 pounds of body weight daily. Dosing Recommendations for Dogs 8 Weeks Old and Up (in Number of Tablets Daily):

  • 15 Pounds or Less: 1/2
  • 15 to 33 Pounds: 2 to 7
  • 33 to 66 Pounds: 4 to 13

    If your pet experiences gastrointestinal upset while taking this medication, administer with a meal or divide into 2 or 3 daily doses.

    What Results Can I Expect? Methio-Form is an easy-to-administer formula that can be given with food. It prevents bladder stone formation and urinary tract infections.

    Dose and Administration: 500 mg tablets are sold in 50-count, 150-count, or 500-count bottles.
