Assembly Directions: Apply 2-6" of bedding to your pet's home. The optimal amount of bedding varies by species. For small pets that burrow such as hamsters, gerbils and mice, 8-12 inches is recommended. Remove damp spots or soiled areas between changes and replace with fresh bedding.

Advice for Use: Clean their habitat completely every 7-10 days by scrubbing the bottom of the habitat and soiled accessories with warm water and a gentle soap and replacing dirty litter and bedding.

Cautions or Warnings: As with any change to your pet's environment, there is a potential risk of impaction if your pet ingests a significant amount of its bedding. If you suspect impaction, discontinue use immediately and seek veterinary care.
