DESCRIPTION:

Prednisone is an orally-administered corticosteroid for cats and dogs. It is used to treat a variety of skin conditions that respond to anti-inflammatory corticosteroids, including nephrosis, ulcerative colitis, bursitis, arthritis, otitis externa, inflammatory eye conditions, asthma, hives, other allergic conditions, dermatitis, and eczema.
