Since your locking hardware is likely already set for the right side opening, you will only need to remove the lock and mount it to the opposite side. Thank you for your excellent question, Susan! Regrettably, this door may not work well for a double-slider as the pet door itself will stay stationary. Installing the pet door will most likely leave one of the sliders immobile.
