Rated 1 out of 5 by modernmanson from BONES??!! When I saw the bones I was flabbergasted and saw no notice on the can regarding the bones. I've always heard chicken bones are the worst so I threw them away. The dogs loved the remainder but BONES??!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Shichon Mom from Please remove dextrose from B&B I buy this because of organic ingredients and because it is grain-free and because it is made in USA. However I am very disappointed that you put dextrose in the Butcher & Bushel products. Please remove dextrose and organic dextrose from B & B canned food. My dog does not need added dextrose, just as people do not need added sugar. Your company will save money and dogs will be healthier. Also please look into BPA free cans. About the bone: at first I was alarmed about the whole bones in the can because my dog is so small, but the bones are easily crushed up and my dog likes them and he has not had a problem with them after being totally pulverized.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Panda from Thank you Castor and Pollux! My dog hates everything. It took us years to find a dog food that was both good for him and that he loved. He cries when I open his nightly food now and begs for it. I appreciate the commitment to very high quality food at a very reasonable price. I'd pay a lot to see him happy but not having to break the bank for something that I feel good about feeding him makes it all that much better!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Grace from Larger warning about bones needed I opened a can containing three 2 inch long bones. Like another reviewer, I did not see the micro print notice on the side of the can. Your can reads for all breeds, but I prefer to not give my small breed dogs bones, for fear of fragments. When I called your customer service, I was told to read the fine print and was not offered a refund to honor your "100% satisfaction guarantee." Additionally, your product is too expensive for me to pay for three bones and a little very mushy content.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Alex from Favorite! This is my Boston Terriers favorite wet food to date, and he has tried a bunch. He would whine we got it out of the fridge to mix it in with his dry food. I like that you can see the chunks of actual meat and veggies in it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lisa L from Severely disappointed I had purchased the Grain Free Organic Chicken Wing & Thigh Dinner with Fresh Harvest Sweet Potatoes in Gravy Recipe, and I was severely disappointed. The first thing I noticed was the large amount of liquid and how little actual food was in the can. My German Shepherd at least ate it (hence the two stars) but he looked at me after he was all finished like "that's it?" My thoughts too, bud. Castor & Pollux is great for kibble, not so much with the wet food. Be wary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 1missmomo from Pleasantly surprised! Although I was totally surprised to find the actual thigh bones in the Chicken wing and thigh dinner (initially thought it was in error and needed to be reported), the bones were so soft that they literally mashed using my fingers. I've been feeding my dog this daily now along with the Grain Free organic dry kibble and she has been doing great. I saw a previous review where the party was not happy about the bones and felt that they should be listed (I agree you should list that it contains bones in ingredients), I have no problem feeding my dog them since they are soft and as I said mash easily. I'm assuming that there is marrow that is beneficial for the dog to consume.
