One of my pigs is bigger and all ways takes the smaller ones food so we had to separate them it was on sale for only $40 and compared to even hamster! Cages that was a great price I wish it had stairs instead of a ramp cause its WAY too steep to go up or down and I had to take the food bowl down and lay It sideways on the bottom cause my pig couldn't reach it When mounted but the kit of all the stuff it comes with is great you get a small bag of hay and Bedding and a 4lb bag of "all living things daily guinea pig diet" which my piggies LOVE and its easy to assemble and clean so over all a really good product

Rated 4 out of 5 by GabbieGabba Nice cage, some flaws but can be easily managed.
When buying this cage I got 10 dollars off because of a promotion Petsmart was running. Cage was big, which is what I liked and, obviously, not as expensive as the ones I had been looking for. The bottom tray is kind of deep, so be prepared for that. I would but some kind of foam or something guinea pig safe under the bedding to give it some height if it becomes an issue. Popular complaints are about the ramp. It is too slick for guinea pigs to climb. I suggest fitting and old shirt or some kind of cloth to give it traction. If your guinea pig won't climb the ramp and really likes the Timothy hay, like mine, put the hay manager on the second level and make a trail of hay leading from the lower level up the ramp slowly. Get the guinea pig used to the ramp and show them where the hay is. A medium sized igloo will fit inside of the cage (after some squeezing) for maximum space you could put it in the space under the second level and nearest to the ramp. If you have a smaller home or an unique set up IDK. Again, the cage is good. Wit the use of the second level you have some space to work with and the ramp helps with exercise. I make my guinea pig work for his hay but he loves it. Be careful that they don't jump off the sides of the ramp. I use something to block off one of the sides closest to the tray wall like a railing.

This cage is great for one pig if you remove the ramp and landing they will never use. I have a huge piggie and he does fine in this cage. He runs around and purrs. I recently got a second piggie so I have to get a bigger cage but I love this brand. I have it as a hamster cage as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Crews Great starter cage for the price
I recently bought a little six week old guinea pig and this cage works well for the little guy. I would recommend to lower the shelf and make the ramp padded so your guinea pig could grip it to get up. Other than that I have no problem I wouldn't keep them in this cage all day being this size they need room to run and play. Built very well considering price.
