A&E Cage Company Flight Bird Cage
I thought the cage was well built, easy to put together for my husband and I loved the color. My husband said you need to improve on the directions for someone who is not mechanically inclined, he had to figure out just how certain parts went, but for him it was easy. Very well satisfied.

I used this cage for my first bird. He was a lovebird. He loved this cage and I loved it, too. It fits perfectly in any corner and looks nice and not tacky! The door was a bit flimsy, but not flimsy enough for the bird to get out! It was a nice cage when we had it. After my bird died we gave the cage away. It was a very nice cage and the buyers were also pleased. Great for small-medium birds!

Good for small and medium size birds :)
This is a great cage that can house small birds like canaries and finches to large conures at least. The 1/2'' bar spacing means that even the smalles birds can be safe and secure in this cage. You want to get your canary a cage they can fly in since they use the same muscles for flying as they do singing and since canaries don't leave their cages as often as easier to tame birds they need that room to fly.
I have two of these cages, one houses my American Singer canary, Apollo, and the other houses my Pacific parrotlet, Antonio. Both are rather small birds and the small bar spacing is great to prevent caught heads.
The only thing that I don't like is that the only way to change the food and water is to open the main, large door that swings open. My canary decided to try to fly out the slinding glass door when I was changin his water. Luckily he hadn't gained enough momentum to break his neck but he was stunned for a minute.

a bit flimsy
First it is a good size, large and spacious. However the assembly directions were lacking any labeling or part identification, and once assembled it was quite flimsy and required some "modifications" to make it sturdy. The description also says "top opens"...well sort of...there isn't a fuctioning door or latch on the top, the top is removable...if you unscrew the entire thing from the walls of the cage which is not efficient at all.
Over all I was disappointed at best.
