Rated 3 out of 5 by Morgiano Durable chew; quick treat
I would recommend; however the dog has managed to figure out a way to retrieve the treat within minutes and looks for more! We tried putting the treat in upside down as well, making it more difficult and he still manages to get that treat out! He loves as what we call, his sea urchin. Just wish the treats were a little less expensive but as stated, it's a "treat". Our dog loves to chew and so far this is going on 8 months and no damage, surprisingly. Would recommend.

I purchased that toy today, as my dos is chewer and I thought it would be a good thing for her to chew on. she usually chews horn or bones while watching TV in the evenings. I thought this product would change.
Well she got it in less than 10 minutes ^^
It doesn't worth it for the price.
I think this type of toy is made for small dogs, even the large one is not strong enough for medium dogs.
for reference my dog is about 60 pounds.
I hope this review will help customers to make a wise choice when purchasing this toy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DocReubenski Edible part gone quick with strong chewer
I bought the large, as it was appropriate size for my dog. He's a very strong chewer, so I wasn't expecting much. The edible insert was chewed and gone in 10 minutes. That's WAY worse than I thought. I'll be using the refills sparingly. Its rubber material has a good bounce to it and we've been using it to play fetch. The odd shape adds a more unpredictable bounce, which is awesome on his Catahoula brain.

I bought two of these. One for my min pin and my chihuahua. They love these! Keeps them happy and quiet for a few hours. The min pin plays with the ball/ring after the treat is gone, she hasn't destroyed it yet. She can be very tough on toys for weighing less than 10 pounds! These were easy to refill and I like that they're sold in a two pack. I will keep buying the refills until the toy wears out. I think the price is reasonable for how long they last. They're definitely not everlasting though! Lol
