KONG® Glide 'N Seek Cat Toy
My cats LOVE this toy
The unpredictable manner of this toy entertains my cats for 15 minutes at a time. It does NOT glide across the floor, but the feathered little critter inside glides around the floor of the toy where your kitty can reach in to stop it. I have one cat that can capture it readily (she was one that had to hunt for a living before I got her), but the others area bit dim-witted and merrily play for quite a while.

Very Loud For Some Cats
Both my cats ran away from it when they first heard it. It is really loud because the feather bumper in the inside makes a lot of noise when it hits the sides. That is what caused my cats to first hide from it.
Now, as far as the quality goes, the item works perfectly. It is sturdy and well made. Unlike some other reviews, do NOT BE CONFUSED. The item itself is not supposed to glide on the floor. The feathers on the inside glide and this causes the feathers to pop out of the holes as it glides. The feathers are attached to a rubber tip that has a magnet inside it. The rubber end (which has the magnet) moves around and bumps the sides causing the noise.
After a while my older cat did seem to want to go near it but he loves his pop up cube and tube much more than this toy.
I would say that it really does depend on the cat. It is a well made toy, but if your cat does not like loud noise, do not even try it. Thankfully PetSmart is awesome and lets you return anything you buy there. So I would say, try it out! It might be worth it for your cats.

Kong Glide n seek
I usually love Kong products, but not this one. It is very noisy and the magnets with feathers stick to each other and seem to have trouble moving around inside the toy. Our kitten who usually loves anything with feathers was not interested in this toy at all.

My cats love this!
My cats love this toy. It is NOT supposed to glide across any floor! The feathers inside are magnetic and they move around inside popping around the holes (like a whack-a-mole game). It is a little noisy, but my cats really enjoy it.
