My dogs love these whistler balls, so when I saw them 2 to a pack for $5.99 I couldn't order them quickly enough. Unfortunately, it turns out that the Medium-sized balls I use were not in double packs; only the smaller sizes were. So, what I thought would be $3 a ball turned out to be $6 a ball. Expensive, especially if your dogs have a tendency to lose them or leave them out in the yard to be run over by the lawn mower. They are very sturdy balls, though, and by far outlast regular tennis balls. When I called Customer Service to say I thought the picture online was misleading, since it showed two balls, they were very understanding and said they would be glad to send me a shipping label to return the balls, even though it was my own fault for not reading the fine print. Expensive stuff, but handled with class. They will continue to get my business for sure!!!

Our dogs are chewers and they play hard. These are durable and the dogs have a blast playing fetch with them. Definitely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by OnlyCatie My dog trainer recommended this toy for playing fetch with my dog. I was unable to throw the ball very far, but with this I can launch it across a field. I purchased the ball launcher to go with it (of course,) and my dog couldn't be happier. I launch it off my back deck, he runs down the two flights of stairs, grabs the whistling ball, and brings it back up, gnawing on it the whole way. I don't have to touch the ball, and I love that. No slobber hands for me! Rinse and repeat a few times, and I have one sleepy puppy.
