Top Paw Pet Stroller
Exactly what I was looking for
Only needed this stroller for my elderly dog (12lbs) to have a comfortable alternative to sitting in her in-cabin-sized carrier during long layovers in airports (thank you DogJaunt users for the suggestion). This stroller was perfect for such limited use: easy to collapse for gate-check (no fee), big enough to allow my dog plenty of space to stretch, easy to maneuver, plenty of airflow.
I can see where stability could be an issue with a larger or very active dog: mine mostly slept. I can see where a washable pad insert would be nice, but we just used the pad from her SturdiBag (in-cabin carrier), covered with a disposable absorbent waterproof sheet (usually used for incontinent people). With such limited use, the plastic wheels gave us no trouble (our dog isn't so immobilized that I'm ready to let her ride instead of walk on our daily outing#. Bought with Friends & Family discount, so the price made me very happy #compared to the better-built-than-we-needed Pet Gear strollers), and the manager of the store assembled it for me, so no worries there.
I think your satisfaction with this stroller will depend on how realistic your expectations are: it met our specific needs admirably, and was actually better built than I expected a "bargain-priced" stroller to be.

Did not like the product. was not the right color i ordered. i thought the pet stroller was a pretty baby blue, turned out to be a boring dull gray. The materials was cheaply made and not very easy to assemble.

does the job well
I bought this a few weeks ago for 2 reasons. First, my 13-yr old dog has occasional spasms where her back legs move involuntarily and she just spins around. So now I put her in the stroller when that happens. Second, because of her age, she is sometimes incontinent. I put her in the stroller until we're safely outside the apartment building. I use puppy training pads to protect the stroller from "accidents". So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. Would give it 5 stars if the wheels had rubber tires instead of plastic.

I've had a stroller for my yorkie for almost 6 years. I've been considering this type with the front center -swivel wheels for a couple of years. I saw a customer where I work with this one that he found at a PetSmart. My local store did not have one so I looked online. The purchase went smoothly and it arrived in just a few days. WE love it -
