A lot easier than lifting my 3 legged 100 lb. lab into the Tahoe. Works great. Kind of hard to fold up. A little steep but not as steep as the ramps that you have to lay on the bumper because the bumper is taller than the stand alone ramp, therefore, steeper than this stand alone ramp. So that means only one small step from the top of the stand alone ramp into the back of the Tahoe. Also the stand alone ramp has support in the middle of the ramp so it is very sturdy. Life is good.

I shopped around a lot before deciding to get this ramp.
My main concern was the use for 2 Great Danes. They are not huge, but about 130 lbs. This model has a support brace under the middle to keep it from bouncing the way some others might. It works great and he dogs got used to it right away. The only negative aspect is the size. It does fold up nicely, but it is a little bit bulky and cumbersome. But for the sake of getting the dogs in and out of an SUV without hurting their joints, I'd say it is worth it.

WOULD HAVE LIKED BETTER IF SURFACE HAD BE CARPETED AND NOT SANDPAPER
