We purchased these to use with a washable diaper, as these were the recommended product to use, for our female GSD.
First I noticed they have very poor adhesive. There are two narrow strips of adhesive running the length of the pad so it does not keep its shape well while the dog is wearing it. Our dog woke up each morning with a bunched up diaper pad. Additionally, the adhesive remained stuck to the diaper cover when we removed the pad and was difficult to take off. Finally, I had to be careful when removing the paper from the adhesive in order to use the pad because sometimes the adhesive remained stuck on the paper and came off the pad.
This also didn't help to absorb much urine close to the tail, which is where my female GSD seems to dribble the most, as she sleeps on her back. It will absorb SOME urine but we need something to absorb around her tail as well.
Due to the cost of these pad liners, we ended up just buying human incontinence pads because they are much cheaper and better quality, until we find away to absorb around her tail.

These are the best liners ever! I have tried various liners and these are the most absorbent and prevent accidents. Highle recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by MoM719 We purchased both the ultra thin liners as well as the regular diaper liners. The only complaint I have is the adhesive on the liner (regular size) doesn't like coming off the diaper very well and the adhesive on the ultra thin liner is minimal and doesn't stick on the diaper very well at all. The thin liner is nice for when your dog is near the end of the heat cycle and not bleeding hard, but if the adhesive isn't going to make them stay in place on the diaper, then why get them?

These don't work at all. I have a dog with a leaky bladder and when she lies on her side to sleep, they basically stay dry while she leaks around it because they aren't formed at all to fit....just like a pad made for humans. Kind of a joke really.
