Martha Stewart Pets® Quilted Waste Pad
Don't waste your time or money
In our quest to find the most efficient puppy training pad, we picked up Martha Stewart's brand on our latest trip to Petsmart. This product was higher priced than the others available, but given the brand name we were hopeful it would be a higher quality pad. Sadly disappointed doesn't begin to describe our disgust. Out of four brands we have tried, this one is the worst one by far and an epic fail! The pad itself is not absorbent. Where we previously used one to two pads per day, we have to use four to five pads a day of the Martha Stewart brand. The padding is so thin that one use soaks the entire pad. I shudder to think of the poor results for a larger dog given that mine is only four pounds with a smaller output. The plastic barrier is cheap and thin and does not protect surfaces from urine seeping through. The adhesive used sticks well, but is difficult to remove as it rips from the pad keeping part of the plastic lining with it. If any scratching occurs on these pads, they shred. Don't waste your time or money on this brand of puppy training pads. Training is difficult enough without adding the aggravation of a poorly made pad.
