I brought 5 of these at one time on the advice of my friend. I have 7 cats that all are rescues. I do like the fact that the urine seeps through to the pad. I simply dislike that I can not flush their waste down the toilet for all the pellets stuck to their waste and it smells awful. My cats stop using the litter boxes 2 weeks after I brought these systems. I have added cat liter box deodorant to the pellets, changed the pads 2 times a day all to no avail. It is a total waste of money for the pads and the pellets their is to much waste for me. In 2 weeks I brought 6 7 lb bags of pellets and and 5 of the disposable cat litter box pads was a waste of my money. I have totally went back to my other cat litter boxes and my clumping litter and my cats are now a lot happier and so am I.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Amy235 Almost Perfect
This product is almost perfect. No litter is tracked through the house and the pads do control odor. It's too small for most adult cats so it needs a slight size increase & reviews are correct the pellets get stuck in the bottom grooves. It's super pricey to upkeep, almost 4-5 times the cost of traditional litter boxes. You can save $ by using puppy training pads as a liner, they work great & they are 1/4 the cost. Another negative is the pellets. They are pricey & most cats won't want to use them for a month so expect to change them biweekly. We have 1 cat and she refuses the pellets after 2 weeks of use by dropping her load right by the box.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MMHU Great system - needs a higher back
This litter system is a terrific improvement over conventional litter systems. The pads are easy to change and keep the odor under control. However, I have two large male cats who just need a higher back. Sometimes the urine goes over the top and down the back of the box. We have "rigged" something at home to help with this, but it would be great if you made a higher backed litter box.
