Rated 1 out of 5 by 62553 Had 2 of the pans pictured through the years and have been very happy with them. Bought a new one in store yesterday at higher price than shown. Color is the same but style and materials are different. Dome no longer fits well on base because "lip" is so tiny. Wound up having to sit on floor to get dome to fit properly on bottom! Both bottom and dome are now made of a very flimsy plastic. Only bought this because my senior cats are used to a round pan with dome. Should have bought the other pan I was looking at and will probably end up throwing this one, and my money, away. Very unhappy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Thescats Litter Box NOT as Pictured
I ordered this box because I already had one that I bought 2 years ago. But what I received does NOT look like the picture! I guess they changed the design, but then they should have changed the picture, too. The new design is flimsier plastic and the top does not sit easily on the bottom like the older design did. I did not return the litter box only because I was in dire need of one and didn't have time to go out looking for one. Disappointed, especially considering the price.

Well the lid do not go on it easily with one hand you have to use both hands and get it to sit right on the base. The lid will come off easy not sure what the purpose of it is really. I had to take off the top as it serves no purpose. Scooping is a challenge unless you order a curved scooper for it which pets mart doesn't even carry the scooper needed for this litter box at its stores. I had to change litter recently and I need a good litter box so I took this as a loss and tossed it away and had to buy a new litter box only had it for almost a month. Only thing I could really say nice about it is it looks nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by pdkf They use it!
This is a pretty small box, but six of the seven cats (waaaaay too many!) use it. There's enough room for even the big ones to turn around and stick their heads out while they're doing their business. Yes, the top just rests on the bottom, but as long as it's put in place, I haven't had a problem with leakage. I have two larger enclosed boxes which get scooped out once a day in the main-level laundry room, but was "told" by one of my cats when he started using my shower drain cover as a toilet that I needed another for the upstairs bedroom level. You might think that the shower floor is a great idea, except that he used the bath mat instead when he had to go and I had the audacity to actually be IN the shower. Squatted down right there while I watched in horror through the glass door. Bratty cat. As much as I truly hate having a litter box in the master bath, this does (sorta) fit. I can just lift off the lid while seated on the toilet and scoop out the clumps, which I do at least two to three times each day. I don't remember if there was a swinging door or not because I always remove them. They use it, it's easy to lift off the lid and clean it out, so it's good for me.
