Petmate® Curvations Pet Retreat Carrier
I love it and so does my kitty, she sleeps in it during the day. It's roomy and very attractive, people that have seen it asked me where i got it. I recommend this carrier to anyone who is looking for one.

Pretty and functional
I receive compliments on this carrier from everyone who sees it. It is lightweight and not as bulky or cumbersome as the standard carriers.
I only wish I would have thought about the fact that this is not something I can keep my puppy in when I am not home. She can put her mouth through the holes in the sides and with her sharp teeth could probably destroy the carrier. She hasn't done this yet, but if she got anxious in my absence, I bet she would.

I have a 5 year old female cat and 2 5 mo old kittens. I bought it for the kittens - size up to 15 lbs. I opened it, it was sturdy, attractive and placed it on the kitchen chair with the door open (to get them ready for vet visits). They fight with each other to sleep in it. I am thinking of buying one for each of them. It seems to totally relax them. I do leave the door open and they all have their nails and don't scratch at this compartment. The sides are soft so when I carry them I don't feel as if they are hitting their bodies against the sides

Pretty good, only for a dog (possibly)
it is a very adorable carrier. but i didn't get it for my dog, i got it for my cat, because we just couldn't find a cute enough, carrier that was durable, light weight , and not flimsy. This was perfect at first. my cat used it for bed time, and since we were still working on getting her to like car rides, it was perfect for car rides. but i have to keep her in my room so she wouldn't bug my parents, since she gets up early. so i locked her in it. but since we kept her claws in and because she had skinny fangs, she was able to claw and chew up the plastic door. if it had a stronger door it would be perfect for both dog and cat. but don't get it for a cat. i'm not sure if it would be good for a small dog though. if the dog had skinny canines then he/she would be able to tear the door to. but i would still recommend this to a friend its a great carrier. we still use it to but only for a bed for winter to keep her warm.
