Super Pet® Natural Hay Manger
not all that bad
the other reviews are right.. the 5 wood slats are too close for my cavy to get any hay out.. i bought the rack before i read the reviews.. shame on me.. but i made lemonade out of lemons... you just have to remove the second and fourth piece of wood from the front and now its a functional hay rack... now my cavy has no problems getting the hay out and i saved myself $7 or so, not having to replace this one... just make sure you remove the tack nails holding the slats on so your cavy doesnt get hurt... other then that, i have no complaints and its working just fine for me... my cavy eats at least one full rack a day so keep that in mind.. 1 day of hay for 1 cavy... worth the money after you mod it a little... hope this helps someone..

Cute but hard to use
It is a super cute idea and it appeals to customers because it is made of wood and keeps hay off the floor but it is not a good product for guinea pigs. My guinea pig, BooBoo, couldn't get the hay out of the manger. The slots are too small that she can't get any hay out..

It's a good idea, but my dwarf rabbit is to big to be able to get in between the bars.

Bought this item for my guinea pig. Had the ball that you can put hay in but whenever I would clean her cage I noticed a lot of wasted hay at the bottom so I figured I'd try this. She has figured out that she can stand on her hind legs to get the hay at the top but she's having trouble getting the hay between the bars. Not sure how long I'll be useing this before I switch back to the ball kind which I kept. I just fear she's not getting enough hay this way.
