by CDelizio So happy to see that Oxbow has put this product back on the market. This is the best litter for my bunny. I scoop out both his litter pans daily. The clumping makes it easier to remove the wet spots reducing waste. I also like the fact that this product is environmentally friendly and safe for my bunny should he decide to eat it. I will not buy anything else. Highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Pira Seriously, clumping litter?!
I tried all pellets, and even feline pine. My rabbit seems to like this most, maybe because of the slightly smaller size and something else. He hanged out on his big litter box as bedding.
For other pellets, I put fresh ones on top about twice a day and scoop once everyday or two. This pellet clump more and more if I do that. I have the breeze litter box so liquid should drain through the grates. This pellet manage to block the grates.
My rabbit go to the littler box like a facuet. The result is that my rabbit's tail clump to his solid waste. He was so uncomfortable that I thought he had diarrhea. I researched and thought he may have early symptoms of fly strike. I bath him to examine closely. It took a long bath to chisel away the harden lump by hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MrDaisey great product but..."to each his own"
7 rabbits have shared our family home over the years.
As any buddy of these small guys knows, they eat #or try to eat# EVERYTHING. So, finding a litter that won't hurt them is important. This stuff mimics what they already eat. It won't hurt them. That said if you want a litter that: Cleans itself. Sifts itself. Doesn't have any odor. OK. When you find it let us all know.
My little pal's safety is everything to me. So my only problem with this litter ? My Petsmart store no longer carries the BIG bags. If they don't resume stocking it I'll order online.

Rated 4 out of 5 Not for my Guinea Pig...
This litter smells nice, and I like that it is safe for my Guinea Pig, if he decides to ingest it, and it really does absorb moisture, and it clumps! The only thing that I don't like is that when Theodore (my Guinea Pig) pees in the same spot, the litter clumps together into a pile that smells like urine, which makes him smell like urine. I think this litter would be great for cages that have a grate, so the clumps don't make your pet smell, and would probably work well for a cat, but this litter is not for me or Theodore.
