- Medium fits Aqueon Power Filters 5 & 10.
- Large fits Aqueon Power Filters 20, 30, 55 & 75.
Cartridges should be replaced when water begins to enter the filter and bypass and/or the cartridge becomes clogged. Cartridges should be changed every 4-6 weeks.
