This innovative pet carrier features flexible rods that allow the carrier to flex down without collapsing to conform to all under seat heights. It provides an excellent travel solution for airline use, but always check with your airline for allowable in-cabin carrier dimensions and weight specifications. Carrier is washable, hand or machine, in cold water using soap or non-bleach detergent. Manufacturer offers a limited lifetime warranty.

* The SturdiBag includes a creme-colored, washable, removable SturdiPet Comfort Pad. The pad is covered with soft fleece and is filled with a cushy, convoluted or "egg-crate" style foam pad that provides air circulation and superior weight distribution for support, comfort and pressure relief. The SturdiPet Comfort Pad may be beneficial for aging pets and/or pets with arthritic or other orthopedic problems.

Tips for Pet Safety:
Buckle Up or Tie Down Carrier
When traveling by motor vehicle or car, always secure the carrier by placing it length wise on the seat and slipping your seat belt/shoulder harness between the two Seat Belt Safety Straps sewn vertically along the length of the carrier and then joining to the buckle.
Use the Tie Down Loops located at the carrier base corner to secure when used in non-motorized vehicles, motor homes, cargo areas of cars or trucks and when seat belt straps are absent. Use with appropriate strapping when securing to vehicle (not included).
Caution:
Recommended use of harness with restraint inside the carrier when in transit. Collar is not recommended. Supervision required.
This carrier is airline-approved for in-flight use by most domestic and international air travel carriers. Check with your airline to ensure that the size and specifications meet their requirements.
