The ScoopFree Ultra offers 3 additional features for the ultimate in cat care:

Never add litter to your ScoopFree box or use another type or brand of litter. The FreshStep brand crystal litter in the disposable litter tray cartridge is formulated especially for the ScoopFree automatic litter box.
*Recommended litter cartridge replacement varies by the number of cats using the litter box. For one cat, replace cartridge every 20-30 days; for two cats replace every 10-15 days; for three cats replace every 7-10 days.

Some heavy or oddly shaped products must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized products arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized products leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.)
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Because this is a larger and heavier product, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the product from the truck or carrying the product into the building. Your product is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the product and bring it inside.
Products indicating Inside Delivery service will include delivery over the first threshold of your home. It does not include assembly or debris removal. - Premium Freight, (7-14 business days)
Oversized products are heavy or oddly shaped products that must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Many oversized products on this site may be shipped via a premium delivery service called White Glove/Silver Service for an additional charge. If this option is available it will be noted on the Product Detail page and during Checkout. White Glove/Silver Service delivery charges vary according to individual products; exact charges will be noted during your checkout process. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse.
