Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the product(s) you purchase on www.petsmart.com and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose and the products you buy. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) ETor your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

48 Contiguous United States

• Economy Ground, (6-10 business days)
  Most products may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Economy Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 6-10 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple products typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
• Standard Ground, (3-5 business days)
  Most products may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple products typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. • Overnight, (1-2 business days)
  Most products may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service . You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

• Standard Freight, (7-14 business days)
  Some heavy or oddly shaped products must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized products arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized products leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.)
  
  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Because this is a larger and heavier product, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the product from the truck or carrying the product into the building. Your product is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the product and bring it inside.
  
  Products indicating Inside Delivery service will include delivery over the first threshold of your home. It does not include assembly or debris removal.
• Premium Freight, (7-14 business days)
  Oversized products are heavy or oddly shaped products that must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Many oversized products on this site may be shipped via a premium delivery service called White Glove/Silver Service for an additional charge. If this option is available it will be noted on the Product Detail page and during Checkout. White Glove/Silver Service delivery charges vary according to individual products; exact charges will be noted during your checkout process. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse.
  
  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. products shipped via White Glove/Silver Service delivery will be delivered to your home, brought inside, and carried to the room of your choice within two floors of the main level (unless a service elevator is present). Please note that set-up or assembly is not included in White Glove/Silver Service delivery service. We suggest you save the products original box for a short time in case a return is required.

Canada

• Purolator Ground Service
  Most products may be shipped to locations in Canada via Purolator Ground Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States and Canada.
• Purolator Air Service
  Most products may be shipped to locations in Canada via Purolator Air Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States and Canada.

Alaska or Hawaii

• USPS Priority, (3-8 business days)
  Most products may be shipped via USPS Priority Service, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• The following products cannot be shipped via USPS Priority mail at this time: products over 70 lbs., freight-only products and flammable products.
