Feeding Instructions:
Give your mice or rats time to adjust to any new diet or food. To convert your pet to a new food, begin by mixing old and new foods, then gradually increase the amount of new food over a 7 to 10 day period. For best results discard any uneaten portion and clean food dish before next feeding.
Feed your mouse or rat once a day, offering no more than the animal can consume in 4 to 6 hours. Feeding time stimulates the bond of affection between pet and pet owner, and provides the best opportunity to regularly monitor your pet's food intake. It is important to empty and clean food dishes daily. Provide water in a separate dish or water bottle. Treats can be fed in a third dish.
