Using Whisper filtration technology, the ReptoFilter is for frogs, newts, and turtles. Provides quality three stage filtration (mechanical, chemical, and biological), removing debris, discoloration, and odors and ammonia from terrariums with up to 20 gallons of water. Adheres with two suction cups attached to back of unit.
The design allows for operation in shallow-water environments, making it ideal for creating waterfalls and a top lid keeps reptiles out of the filter chamber, while providing easy access for replacing filter cartridges.
Internal filter is UL-listed, 115V 60Hz, and 4-watts. Unit measures 3.5 inches wide x 7 3/4 inches high.
Filter comes with one disposable filter cartridge (additional disposable filter cartridges sold separately).
